At Staines Baptist, we believe kids are awesome and that God thinks so too! We know that we have a duty to 'train them in the way they should go' and we take that responsibility seriously. Each Sunday morning we have time set aside during the service for kids to be taught at their own level. This usually happens towards the end of the service to allow families to worship together before the kids go out.
Our lessons are always Bible based and we are committed to helping each child come to know Jesus and continue their walk with Him. We focus on getting the kids to read the Bible for themselves and develop the skills and knowledge they need to develop into mature Christians. And we have an awful lot of fun doing it!
Each lesson last for approximately 45 mins and consists of games (to get those wriggles out), crafts and a period of Bible teaching. We have two classes, one for Nursery to Year One, and the other for Years 2-6.
